Payment Policy
Regulations on payment methods, applicable exchange rates, and financial procedures at Tiximax
1. Payment methods
- Tiximax uses domestic Vietnamese bank transfer (VND). We do not request or store customers’ credit card information.
- Tiximax’s official bank account information is provided together with the official price quotation.
2. Foreign currency exchange rates
- JPY (Japanese Yen) rate: Applies the Vietcombank selling rate plus a fixed foreign currency transfer fee of 5 VND/JPY.
- IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) rate: Updated in real time — contact TIXIMAX for an accurate quote.
- USD (US Dollar) rate: Applies the Vietcombank selling rate plus a fixed foreign currency transfer fee of 1,000 VND/USD.
- EUR (Euro, for the Switzerland route) rate: Applies the Vietcombank selling rate plus a fixed foreign currency transfer fee of 1,000 VND/EUR.
3. Payment regulations
- For purchasing-on-behalf services: The customer is required to pay 100% of the actual product cost upfront before Tiximax carries out the international transaction. International and domestic shipping fees can be paid after the goods arrive at the Vietnam warehouse.
- The remaining balance (including international shipping fees and surcharges, if any) is paid once the goods arrive at the Vietnam warehouse and before they are handed over to the domestic carrier.
4. Special Payment Terms for the VN → Indonesia Route
- For shipping services on the Vietnam → Indonesia route (Air), customers are required to pay 100% of the shipping fee in full before Tiximax proceeds to ship the goods to Indonesia.
